From completion to capability

Your LMS Knows What Learners Completed. CertifyMe Makes That Achievement Valuable.

CertifyMe turns learning completion into verified, measurable achievement.

An LMS is excellent at managing learning. But learning completion is not the same as a portable, trusted achievement. CertifyMe adds the credential and achievement infrastructure around the learning platform—so a completed course can become meaningful evidence of what a learner knows and can do.

The result is a connected path from course activity to an achievement that can be verified, understood and used.

ACCESS & SHARING

Make every achievement accessible, branded and ready to share.

Give each learner a credential they can access, present and share beyond the course environment.

VERIFICATION & TRUST

Make achievements independently verifiable.

Keep issuer identity, credential integrity and credential status connected, with lifecycle controls configured for each program. Issuer trust is distinct from verifying a recipient’s identity.

Frequently asked

Questions from learning teams

How does CertifyMe integrate with eLearning platforms?

Keep your existing LMS as the learning system. CertifyMe connects credential issuance to approved completion or assessment data through REST API, available integrations and automation workflows. The connection method, data mapping, award rules and event or webhook handling are agreed for each environment. Explore the integration directory and API documentation with your LMS administrators.

Can credentials be issued automatically when a course is completed?

Yes. A configured completion-to-credential workflow can use approved LMS or assessment data to trigger issuance. Your program sets eligibility, evidence requirements, templates and any approval steps. CertifyMe then provides the credential and its access and verification experience, without requiring staff to prepare each certificate individually.

Do eLearning credentials need to be Open Badges compliant?

Choose the credential format that fits your program and receiving systems. Open Badges 3.0 and W3C Verifiable Credentials support structured achievement data and verification in compatible ecosystems. A branded certificate PDF is an access format; standards-based credential data carries structured achievement evidence beyond that visual representation.

How do we govern credentials across multiple programs and teams?

Use reusable templates, issuer controls, role-based administration and defined approval workflows to keep awards consistent across programs and business units. Combine bulk or API issuance with credential status, lifecycle management and reporting. Your organization determines who can approve, issue, maintain and revoke credentials within its configured lifecycle.

Does CertifyMe automatically turn course completion into verified skills?

Your program defines what an achievement represents. Learning outcomes and assessment evidence inform reviewed skill relationships using ESCO, O*NET, organization-defined frameworks or custom competency models. Those relationships can connect credentials with skills and learner records; course completion alone does not independently demonstrate every claimed capability.

What can Learning Directors measure?

Credential analytics helps teams understand issuance and learner engagement, including credential views, downloads and sharing. Combine those signals with your organization's learning, assessment and outcome evidence to evaluate program performance, pathways, skills coverage and workforce relevance.

Can achievements from different programs become one learner record?

A Comprehensive Learner Record can connect credentials, certificates, badges, skills, competencies, projects, experiences, assessments and professional learning across a learner's journey. Your organization defines the accepted sources and governance while retaining issuer provenance and the context of each achievement.

How can we assess enterprise security and branded experiences?

Review role-based access, enterprise SSO and MFA, data handling and security requirements with your IT and governance teams. White-label credential pages, custom domains and reusable templates support consistent program branding. Agree integration scope, lifecycle responsibilities and the applicable service configuration before rollout.
